Can I get prescription glasses the same day in Busan?

Yes. Single-vision prescription glasses are usually ready in about 30 minutes. Some special lenses can take longer — please ask our staff.

Do I need an appointment for an eye test?

No. The eye test is free and you can just walk in. It is done by licensed opticians before we make your glasses.

Can I get a tax refund (VAT refund)?

Yes. Foreign visitors can get an instant tax refund at the counter, or receive a tax-refund receipt to claim at the department store's refund kiosk or at the airport. Please bring your passport.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, Alipay and WeChat Pay. Prices are in Korean won (KRW).

Do you speak English?

Yes, our staff can help you in English. For other languages we use a translation app.

How much do glasses cost?

It depends on the frame and lenses you choose. Please ask in store — we will show you options for your budget.
